Open-Plan Living, Soft Neutrals
One continuous room for living and dining — linen, pale oak and a single paper moon of light.
Interior Architecture · Lisbon & California
Ana Valler designs serene, sun-warm interiors — natural textures, honest materials and space to slow down. From Lisbon apartments to California homes, every room begins with light.
Meet Ana
Ana studied Interior Architecture at San Francisco State University and worked at the San Francisco Design Center, in the middle of California's design world. Her path crossed the state — San Francisco to Los Angeles — until Lisbon appeared along the way.
She fell in love with the city and made Raiz Lisboa her home. Today she is often the first face clients meet at the store — and the designer behind interiors that pair Californian openness with the warmth of natural, Brazilian-crafted furniture.
Her work is quiet luxury: rooms pared back to what matters, then layered with rattan, linen, bamboo and wood until they feel like a deep breath.

The Signature Palette
Ana's current palette pairs two of the season's most loved shades — Benjamin Moore's Cinnamon Slate and Pantone's Mocha Mousse — with linen whites, raw oak and deep espresso. Tap any swatch to copy its hex.
Selected Work
A lookbook of concept studies in Ana's design language: warm minimalism, Japandi calm, coastal rusticity and the indoor-outdoor bathing rituals she loves. The photography illustrates her style, palette and materials — filter by room, tap any image to view it full-screen.

Weathered timber, flagstone underfoot and the Atlantic framed like a painting.
Limewashed walls, rumpled linen and one deep, earthy canvas — a room tuned for sleep.
Stone, teak and green on every side — bathing as a small daily ceremony.

By appointmentThe Process
We talk about how you live, what you keep, and the feeling you're after — before a single sketch.
Palette, materials and layout come together in a concept you can touch: swatches, samples, drawings.
Furniture is sourced and made through trusted makers — including the Raiz Lisboa ateliers.
Final styling, down to the last ceramic and stem, so the room is finished the day you walk in.
The Collection
The handcrafted styles Ana reaches for in her projects — natural fibres, solid woods and forms made to be lived with for decades. Shown as inspiration in the spirit of the Raiz Lisboa collection; Ana sources or commissions the closest piece for your home.
A low, enveloping lounge chair in woven cane and bent rattan — the piece guests always choose first.
Steam-bent rattan ribs form a chair that is equal parts sculpture and siesta — made entirely by hand.
Fluted walnut doors and a deep grain that warms with age — an entryway anchor in Ana's palette.
